Unable to select a Pixel
If a Pixel appears to be greyed out and you’re unable to select it, this means one of the following cases:
- You’re not an admin of this Pixel. Request admin permissions to this Pixel from the owner of this Pixel and try again after you’re done. You can also have an admin perform this connection for you.
- This Pixel is restricted from advertising. In this case, this Pixel can’t be added to Easy Ads for Facebook. We recommend appealing this decision or proceeding with another Pixel.

Unable to see a Pixel
If you can’t see a Pixel in the list of the Pixels you can choose from, one of the following cases:
- Your profile does not have access to this specific Pixel
- This Pixel is not assigned to the ad account selected
Your profile does not have access to this specific Pixel
To fix this, you can opt for one of the following methods:
- Add the Facebook profile connected to Easy Ads for Facebook as an admin on your Pixel. Here’s how: How to add people to a Facebook Pixel.
- Disconnect your Facebook profile then connect the Facebook profile with access to your Pixel. Here’s how: How to connect a new Facebook profile.
This Pixel is not assigned to the ad account selected
