I can’t connect/see my Facebook profile

Unable to connect a Facebook profile

If you’re unable to connect your Facebook profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Disable any ad/pop-up blockers that are active on your browser session. Whitelisting Easy ads for Facebook through your ad/pop-up blocker tool will not work.
  2. Use a browser without a built-in ad/pop-up blocker. Browsers on this list have a built-in ad/pop-up blocker that is difficult to disable. Using a Chrome or Safari browser is recommended.
  3. Log in to your Facebook profile in your browser session.
  4. Go to your Easy ads for Facebook account and click on the **Connect **button.

I can’t connect the right Facebook profile

If you connected the wrong Facebook profile but you’d like to change it, please follow the steps below:

  1. On your browser, log out of the Facebook profile you don’t want to use with Easy ads for Facebook.
  2. Log in to the Facebook profile you want to connect with Easy ads for Facebook.
  3. Return to the Easy ads for Facebook interface, and click on the** Change account** button.
  4. Follow the steps in the pop-up to connect your profile.
