Unable to select an ad account
If an ad account appears to be greyed out and you’re unable to select it, this means one of the following cases:
- You’re not an admin of this ad account. Request admin permissions to this ad account from the owner of this ad account and try again after you’re done. You can also have an admin perform this connection for you.
- This ad account is restricted from advertising. In this case, this ad account can’t be added to Easy Ads for Facebook. We recommend appealing this decision or proceeding with another ad account.

Unable to see an ad account
If you can’t see an ad account in the list of the ad accounts you can choose from, this means that your profile does not have access to this specific ad account.
To fix this, you can opt for one of the following methods:
- Add the Facebook profile connected to Easy Ads for Facebook as an admin on your ad account. Here’s how: How to add a profile to a Facebook ad account.
- Disconnect your Facebook profile then connect the Facebook profile with access to your ad account. Here’s how: How to connect a new Facebook profile.
