Unable to select a Business Manager

If a Business Manager appears to be greyed out and you’re unable to select it, this means one of the following cases:

• You’re not an admin of this Business Manager. Request admin permissions to this Business Manager from the owner of this Business Manager and try again after you’re done. You can also have an admin perform this connection for you.
• This Business Manager is restricted from advertising. In this case, this Business Manager can’t be added to Easy Ads for Facebook. We recommend appealing this decision or proceeding with another Business Manager.

Unable to see a Business Manager

If you can’t see a Business Manager in the list of the Business Managers you can choose from, this means that your profile does not have access to this specific Business Manager.

To fix this, you can opt for one of the following methods:
