5. Have the "Free Product Listing" program setup.
6. Have the "Shopping ads" program set up.
7. Follow Shopping ads policies.
8. Meet Landing page requirements.
9. Meet Tax rate data requirements.
10. Meet Shipping rate data requirements.
11. Meet Checkout requirements and best practices.
12. Meet Currency and language requirements. Submit attributes and values using a supported language and currency for the country you'd like to advertise to and the format you've chosen.
13. Meet the Buy on Google product data specification.
14. Meet the Promotions product data specification.
15. Meet the Data and eligibility requirements to show your products for free on Google.
